Placing your order At present we do not have an on-line ordering facility. We would ask you to check this very carefully, including the delivery address and proposed delivery date. If we have incorrectly interpreted your requirements please let us know as soon as possible as it may not be possible to correct errors once the order has been despatched. Please note that our system requires that we establish a delivery date with you when an order is placed. This date can be approximate, and where this is the case we will contact you prior to delivery. Approximate dates are generally indicated on order acknowledgements by a “Sunday” delivery date prior to the week during which a provisional delivery date has been set. Prices Prices are given in pence per tree for three prices bands, depending on how many plants you order. Wholesale Plant Price List(for customers purchasing more than 150 plants - multiples of 15 per species) Mail Order Price List (for customers wishing to purchase fewer than 150 plants) Sundries Price List (Shelters,Stakes,Tools,Chemical Treatment) Availability Availability List (List of species currently available - updated daily) Payment We ask that first time customers provide payment before delivery in the form of a cheque or any of the commonly available credit cards. Please contact our Sales office to confirm prices and stock availability prior to sending payment. At our discretion, we will open Credit Accounts on request by the provision of two trade references. Cancellations Where customers cancel an order we always endeavour to resell the stock in question. However, sometimes this is not possible and under these circumstances we would reserve the right to charge in full for the cancelled stock. Delivery and Terms of Sale For fewer than 1500 plants, we normally deliver by national carrier.  For larger orders, we can deliver using our own van or lorries, or by pallet. Please note that for phytosanitary reasons some countries (e.g. USA) will not accept plants imported from the U.K. Always check with your local agricultural department before ordering plants from outside your own country.   Please see our Delivery and Terms of Sale pages for more information.
